About
I design and build the systems that turn your data — or your half-built AI — into something you can trust, scale, and monetize.
Most companies don't have an AI problem. They have an execution problem: real value sitting in their data or their processes, and no one in-house with the production engineering depth to turn it into a working system, or to prove the system they already shipped is safe enough to bet the business on.
I've spent 18+ years building and scaling production technology — from data infrastructure processing hundreds of millions of records to safety-critical AI systems in regulated industries. Often described as a fractional CTO or Chief AI Officer — the difference is I still build the systems myself, not just advise on them.
Before this, I founded and led two companies end to end: raised $6.5M+ in venture funding and built a 20+ person team as founder/CEO of one; grew another from $0 to $3M+ ARR through strategic sales and partnerships.
Outside of work, I'm usually on a motocross bike or happy to argue about a hard technical problem in French or Italian.
Proof
Production, not prototypes.
-
Architected self-healing data infrastructure processing 300M+ rows for a live fintech lending platform — autonomous agents catch and fix real incidents before clients notice.
-
Built a safety-guarded RAG health assistant for a healthcare benefits platform, deployed to enterprise clients.
-
Built a geospatial ML platform on 2B+ rows predicting commercial real estate lease pricing, live with an enterprise client.
-
Deployed an ML-powered dispatch and route optimization system for a heavy-equipment logistics operator.
-
Built a computer vision valuation engine for e-commerce collectibles, publishing to Shopify at scale.
Four industries. Same pattern: find the highest-leverage system, build it, ship it.
